- Benefit Tracker now displays members preferred language! The new feature will alert you when limited English proficient and deaf or hard of hearing members have requested interpreter services for their dental appointments. Learn more about Benefit Tracker.
- Our IVR with fax-back option is now available for your OHP patients. Use IVR to check eligibility, code-specific benefits, claim and pre-determination status. To get started, simply call the dental customer service phone number on the back of the member’s ID card. IVR is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, including holidays.
